I have updated Nectalia to align with my current standard specifications for face tracking. The original model featured an outdated and unconventional mesh topology, making it a complex, experimental challenge to improve its visual quality. However, this update has enhanced overall tracking smoothness, resulting in a significantly better appearance compared to the initial version. There are no plans to update "Retinia Transplant." Technically, it might be possible to repurpose the latest Retinia update, as the base head mesh was a tweaked version of the earlier ARKit release. To fix unnatural behavior, I created a custom tool that resets existing blend shapes when applying the Transplant blend shapes; however, this requires some setup by the user. The Retinia version was originally created as an experiment to test sales and gauge market reaction; given the very limited demand, I do not anticipate it seeing widespread use in the future. Of course, those who have purchased it can continue to use it, and I will keep it available—just in case someone wishes to use the custom tool to convert the latest "Official Retinia Support" model. While I may consider a full update for different armature (skeleton) configurations in the future, I am currently fully occupied with other projects. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your support and understanding. I hope you enjoy the new Nectalia update.
